• Review AI-generated recommendations for their suitability, clarity, and practical application for mainstream and mass-affluent households.
• Articulate how you would facilitate advisory conversations—addressing question frameworks, establishing goal priorities, and discussing trade-offs (e.g., mortgage payments versus 401(k) matching, debt repayment versus investing).
• Convey actionable decision-making guidelines and common rules of thumb utilized with real clients (such as cash reserve objectives or savings rate targets).
• Deliver written feedback aimed at enhancing AI-generated explanations, suggested next steps, and trade-off presentations—focusing on clear and empathetic language for non-expert audiences.
• Recognize compliance and risk factors, advising when to stay within scope or refer clients to specialists like CPAs, attorneys, or insurance professionals.
• Several years of direct client experience as a Financial Planner/Advisor, Personal Financial Consultant, or in a similar capacity serving mainstream households (with typical W-2 income, employer-sponsored retirement plans, common debts, and insurance needs).
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, debt reduction, retirement planning, education savings, and risk management for everyday clients.
• CFP® certification is highly preferred (or having passed the CFP exam with relevant experience); however, ChFC or other credentials may be considered if accompanied by significant practical experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining trade-offs in clear and reassuring terms.
• Strong professional ethics, a solid compliance orientation, and a commitment to fiduciary and client-first principles.
• Hands-on experience with standardized planning processes and a proactive approach to addressing financial challenges.
• Experience integrating holistic planning with financial coaching, particularly in mass-market or workplace advisor environments (preferred).
• Experience mentoring junior advisors or creating planning process materials such as checklists, playbooks, and workflows (preferred).
• Comprehensive health and wellness programs.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunities for professional development and continued education.
• Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
