Certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by developing, testing, and maintaining features in accordance with specifications and requirements.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve intricate technical challenges to ensure peak system performance and user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project implementations and manage member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation to enhance process improvement and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Promote knowledge sharing among teams.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support or training as needed.

• Engage in virtual meetings with camera enabled.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Applications Analyst.

• At least 3 years of build experience.

• Epic certification in Willow Ambulatory is required.

• Willow Inventory certification is preferred.

• Experience with Willow Ambulatory installations is highly favored.

• Prior work experience in Healthcare IT is mandatory.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• A process- and detail-oriented mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
