Certification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live proctored examinations for candidates pursuing certification in digital marketing areas, which include, but are not limited to, domain setup, lead capturing, funnel building, form setup, and calendar management.

• Uphold the integrity and security of the certification process by implementing all examination procedures and protocols.

• Supervise candidates during exams to deter cheating or any unauthorized activities.

• Offer technical assistance to candidates as necessary to ensure a seamless examination experience.

• Keep precise records of examination outcomes and candidate details.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance examination processes and procedures continuously.

• Aid in the creation and evaluation of examination content and materials as required.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices concerning digital marketing certification.

• Remain current with internal updates to maintain content relevance and effectiveness.

• Recognize when content requires updates and take the necessary steps to ensure its accuracy and conformity with industry standards.

• Gather user feedback and suggestions for improvement.

• Additional tasks may be assigned or modified in response to business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a relevant degree is an advantage but not mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience working with HighLevel.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Relations or Customer Service.
