Certification Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Creating hands-on, performance-based ClickHouse certification exams focused on use cases such as real-time analytics, observability, and data warehousing.

• Collaborating with company subject matter experts to develop job task analyses for the exams.

• Evaluating and maintaining all certification exams, which includes writing grading scripts.

• Designing quizzes for our course-completion badges.

• Creating and deploying quizzes for ClickHouse credentials.

• Building a community presence for ClickHouse certified professionals through popular social media platforms and participation in ClickHouse user conferences and Meetups.

• Monitoring and reporting on the metrics and KPIs of the certification program.

• Partnering with certification and badging vendors to ensure the proper execution of exams and badges.

• Providing customer support to learners interested in earning our certifications.

• Occasionally traveling to Meetups and conferences to advocate for ClickHouse within the community.

• A self-driven attitude that fuels your motivation and determination to complete projects within a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• Demonstrated experience in developing certification exams and quizzes for a highly technical audience, including software engineers and database developers.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Technical knowledge and expertise in pertinent areas such as DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, and big data.

• A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.

• Ability to quickly and effectively learn new technologies.

• Outstanding communication skills.
