📋 Description

• Articulate and promote the vision as the vertical-specific "System of Action," developing and advancing beyond basic text-to-CAD tools to create an "autonomous mechanical engineer" that manages the complete design-to-manufacture process.

• Establish the roadmap by obtaining strategic "toehold" pilots in fast-paced, mid-consequence sectors (e.g., industrial automation, robotics).

• Develop a fine-tuning data strategy essential for creating a sustainable competitive advantage against generic incumbent models.

• Oversee the transition from initial pilot to a category-defining vertical agentic "Phase 1: The Wedge" (a CAD plug-in for immediate workflow automation) to "Phase 2: The Moat" (a cross-application agentic fabric), balancing short-term utility with long-term autonomy.

• Collaborate with us in recruiting a high-caliber technical co-founder and founding team with exceptional cross-disciplinary expertise in geometric kernels (Parasolid, ACIS), agentic AI, and mechanical engineering workflows.

• Lead the external fundraising process with our assistance, identifying and engaging partners to advance the company along verticals and foster strategic partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership experience, ideally within industrial SaaS, CAD/CAM software, or AI-driven workflow automation.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying industrial verticals, such as robotics, for manufacturing applications.

• Domain Expertise (CAD/PLM): Profound understanding of the engineering software landscape, including the friction between "System of Record" (PLM) and CAD software, as well as the technical constraints of geometric kernels.

• Agentic AI Strategy: Proficiency in conceptualizing and implementing agentic workflows that function as a "peer" to the engineer, employing technologies like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate fragmented toolchains alongside our proprietary fine-tuned large language models.

• Proven track record of monetizing data strategies, particularly in transforming pilot data access into a defensible, proprietary global model.

• Operational Agility: Ability to iterate swiftly in "mid-consequence" markets (e.g., consumer hardware tooling) to validate technology prior to scaling to higher-liability sectors like aerospace.

• Technical Fluency: Adequate technical understanding to collaborate effectively with a kernel-expert CTO and define product requirements for complex constraint solvers and feature-tree logic.

• Experience in scaling early-stage ventures, specifically navigating the "0 to 1" phase of achieving product-market fit and securing initial enterprise partners.
