📋 Description

• Seeking a Turnaround specialist with expertise in the franchising restaurant sector.

• Strategizes the initial rollout and continual utilization of vital systems and processes.

• Facilitates and enhances the collaborative efforts between Franchise Business and franchisees to implement the operating system, thereby improving operational metrics and overall performance.

• Manages legal and financial reporting to the Board of Directors.

• Continuously reviews operational metrics.

• Actively collaborates with the franchise operations team, franchisees, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and their underlying causes.

• Aids in the development and enhancement of franchise-level execution reports and scorecard metrics.

• Implements marketing and branding strategies.

• Provides a framework for the Franchise Operations team to perform franchise business evaluations.

• Supervises key executives in Operations to manage relationships with significant franchisees, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and assessing their level of operational execution.

• Engages with franchisees to formulate action plans aimed at enhancing operations.

• Monitors the implementation of action plans during subsequent visits and communicates findings to franchisees.

• Conducts preliminary assessments of existing operations for potential franchisees.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in franchise operations management within multi-state, expanding restaurant/retail/hospitality sectors.

• Proven success in leading, managing, and developing high-performance teams.

• Energetic and hands-on coaching style.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized.

• Self-motivated and disciplined.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel required.
