Central Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Offers consultation and specialized knowledge for creating the monitoring strategy essential for the project.

• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to grasp intricate indications and risks, while seeking input on risk mitigation strategies.

• Composes the preliminary risk assessment and assists the project team in ensuring cross-functional engagement during the finalization of the RACT.

• Guarantees that the Project Leader transfers identified risks to the appropriate tracking system and facilitates ongoing cross-functional risk reviews throughout the project's duration.

• Advises on the formulation of functional plans to ensure that identified risks are effectively addressed.

• Provides consultation and specialized knowledge for crafting the necessary monitoring strategy for the project.

• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to comprehend complex indications and risks, while soliciting input on mitigation strategies.

• Offers guidance to cross-functional leaders to maintain consistency across programs, therapeutic areas, and/or sponsors.

• Composes the initial risk assessment and supports the project team in ensuring cross-functional participation in the finalization of the RACT.

• Ensures that the Project Leader transfers identified risks to the correct tracking system and aids in the ongoing cross-functional review of risks throughout the project.

• Works in tandem with other functional areas to ensure compliance with protocols, ICH/GCP, Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices (GPP), and local regulations regarding identified risks.

• Provides coaching and mentoring to peers concerning functional delivery, evaluation of project risks, and implementation of actions.

• As necessary, facilitates the development and delivery of initial and ongoing training for the study team.
