This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Construct and verify daily delivery routes for both outbound shipments and inbound pickups across all Upway Logistics markets.
• Oversee daily capacity in relation to demand, managing delivery and pickup schedules, daily limits, and service area coverage for each hub.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to prepare, stage, and load outbound bicycles, as well as manage the intake of inbound bikes upon arrival.
• Monitor real-time operations, including route progress, driver status, and the completion of deliveries and collections.
• Address operational issues such as delivery failures, missed pickups, delays, vehicle malfunctions, and driver absences; re-schedule as necessary.
• Serve as the customer support representative and primary point of contact for clients and sellers.
• Manage rescheduling, status inquiries, and transport-related complaints from start to finish.
• Communicate proactively when challenges arise, ensuring effective coordination between field teams, warehouses, and customers.
• Track and report on daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery rates, first-attempt success rates, stops per route, and rates of failed deliveries and pickups.
• Identify and report recurring issues and bottlenecks to the central operations team.
• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, transport planning, last-mile operations, or a similar fast-paced operational coordination role.
• Practical experience with routing or dispatch software, or a demonstrated ability to quickly master operational tools.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English (the primary working language).
• Knowledge of German and/or Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working with data, including spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Able to maintain composure and organization under pressure.
• Self-sufficient and dependable.
• Experience with fleet-partner logistics setups is a plus.
• Background in last-mile logistics for bulky or high-value goods is advantageous.
• Experience in working across multiple countries or with distributed field teams is desirable.
• Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
