📋 Description

• Oversee Phileo’s operations in the Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia regions.

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies that align with Phileo’s global goals.

• Propel sales growth, enhance profitability, and drive market expansion.

• Lead a high-achieving sales team and supervise area managers who oversee local sales personnel.

• Foster customer intimacy and nurture high-level client relationships.

• Respond to the specific market needs of the sub-region.

• Design and execute action plans effectively.

• Coordinate sales teams within a diverse and remote working environment.

• Expand the business footprint in the sub-region.

• Travel frequently for business, approximately 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or Engineering Diploma or an equivalent level of experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing sales teams.

• Strong expertise and knowledge in animal nutrition and health.

• Familiarity with target markets and their key players.

• Capability to plan complex activities over the long term.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing action plans.

• Ability to comprehend the entire business chain and identify customer influencers and decision-makers.

• Extensive experience in sales and negotiation.

• Proficient in managing and coordinating sales teams in a multicultural and remote setting.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
