Cement Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer success comprehensively by managing the complete account cadence, monitoring account health, and addressing risks and obstacles.

• Establish trustworthy relationships within customer organizations, ranging from control room operators to plant and corporate leadership.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scoping, aligning stakeholders, coordinating teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring successful commissioning.

• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project execution on schedule.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through influence and credibility.

• Ensure that deployed solutions continue to deliver value as customer processes and economic conditions change.

• Discover new opportunities across customer locations.

• Articulate Imubit’s capabilities and limitations, from the control room to the executive level.

• Relay field insights back to influence Imubit’s product development roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the cement industry or a similar heavy industrial process environment.

• Preference for candidates with cement industry experience and exposure to advanced process control.

• Consideration for candidates with a background in adjacent pyroprocessing or minerals processing, provided they have a strong customer-facing track record.

• Proven history in program or project management within manufacturing or industrial settings, plant or process engineering with customer-facing or consulting experience, or technical account management/customer success in industrial software or technology.

• Experience collaborating across operations, engineering, and commercial teams.

• Ability to present to and engage with executive-level stakeholders comfortably.

• Understanding of cement or similar heavy industrial processes, control systems, and optimization concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A Master’s degree is advantageous.

• Familiarity with process control, expert systems, plant optimization solutions, AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applied to industrial processes.

• Experience with subscription-based SaaS delivery models and recurring revenue dynamics.
