This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with clients to deploy CDI products in alignment with best practices.
• Support customer change management through workflow analysis, adoption, and advanced optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for designated teams and solutions.
• Comprehend client short- and long-term strategies, program objectives, and KPIs.
• Perform reviews of current-state workflows and configurations.
• Suggest workflow optimization modifications leveraging Solventum best practices.
• Champion customer interests, document issues, and escalate them following established protocols.
• Manage client relationship coordination and foster client-focused interactions throughout the organization.
• Monitor client satisfaction survey outcomes for the assigned client portfolio.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and product developments.
• Engage in corporate programs and initiatives while adhering to professional, quality, security, and corporate standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder, OR a High School Diploma/GED with eleven (11) years of such experience.
• Current and valid certification: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS.
• Comprehensive understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity and Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and training for medical professionals.
• Capability to handle multiple project streams and teams effectively.
• Experience in consulting with clients regarding health information systems.
• Knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products.
• Industry insight and outstanding client relationship management skills.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and manage challenging situations with diplomacy.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thought processes, presentation abilities, and training skills.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and work ethic.
• Occasional travel up to 50% may be required.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship.
