This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the CDE user community.

• Take initiative to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and documentation improvements.

• Create and oversee a knowledge base library for the business unit.

• Serve as financial credit and debit knowledge experts tasked with establishing best practices to support both project delivery and platform operations teams.

• Partner with external business teams, project delivery teams, and CDE operational units to outline project planning requirements, develop project plans, and create knowledge articles to facilitate implementation on supported processing systems and subsystems.

• Collaborate with product and project delivery teams to develop project templates and accompanying knowledge articles that aid in the rollout of new products and services.

• Work with the Quality Assurance team to evaluate project review and testing metrics to create best practice project templates and knowledge articles that mitigate associated risks and issues.

• Concentrate on enhancements to identify, address, and rectify any operational areas needing regulatory and/or compliance focus.

• Address requests for information and knowledge support from CDE project delivery and operational teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems or Business Management preferred, or a comparable combination of education and experience required.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience required.

• At least two (2) years of project experience required.

• Experience with the Connex platform is highly desirable.
