This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Conducting analysis, development, and ongoing management of bonus schemes for the commercial team, including regular quarterly calculations;
• Evaluating employee compensation, which encompasses CR and pay mix analysis;
• Establishing and updating salary bands and ranges, along with preparing market data upon requests from primary HR business partners and departments;
• Managing the administration of bonus payments to ensure a clear and transparent process on a monthly basis;
• Performing quarterly calculations of accruals, which include consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including the development and management of incentive systems;
• Capability to handle large datasets effectively;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Advanced proficiency in complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
