
CATIA Pre-Sales Applications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Showcase the capabilities of CATIA software to potential clients and customers through live presentations and online meetings.
• Assist the Sales Team with product expertise, demonstrations, meeting planning, strategic input, and customer communications.
• Act as a technical specialist during customer assessments, presentations, and solution-driven discussions.
• Diagnose and resolve customer concerns related to CATIA, installations, and supplementary products.
• Collaborate with technical peers for knowledge enhancement and skill-sharing.
• Investigate industry trends and competitive technologies.
• Develop web-based content, such as videos, tutorials, webinars, and additional resources.
• Provide customer training, mentoring services, and instructor-led sessions as required.
• Visit customer sites to gain insights into design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
• Explore CATIA and related technologies to aid in demonstrations and solution creation.
• Acquire and uphold industry certifications.
• Proficient experience with CATIA is essential.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
• Background in Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, or similar sectors.
• Engineering or design engineering experience.
• Familiarity with other CAD, PLM, or engineering software solutions.
• Previous experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales roles.
• Experience in delivering design reviews, technical presentations, customer training, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
