Cathodic Protection Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Execute cathodic protection surveys, repairs, and installations.

• Carry out regulatory-mandated cathodic protection surveys and maintenance to guarantee compliance.

• Assess and troubleshoot cathodic protection systems and associated equipment.

• Employ software tools to log, track, and analyze cathodic protection and atmospheric corrosion data.

⛳️ Requirements

• AMPP/NACE Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1) certification is mandatory.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience with cathodic protection systems.

• Certification, diploma, or degree in corrosion technology or a related discipline.

• Fundamental understanding of DC circuits, chemistry, and metallurgy.

• Familiarity with CFR 49, Parts 192, 193, and 195.

• A valid driver's license is required, which will be confirmed through a motor vehicle check prior to employment.
