Catering Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for all catering inquiries for the restaurants within your district.

• Quickly respond to incoming calls, emails, and online requests to assist guests with their catering orders.

• Provide comprehensive information about our catering menu, pricing, and service options while exemplifying the Aloha spirit.

• Address customer inquiries, offer recommendations, and promote catering packages as appropriate.

• Accurately process and confirm all catering orders, ensuring that essential details (guest count, dietary preferences, delivery/pickup times, etc.) are correctly documented.

• Coordinate the order and delivery fulfillment with your Mo' Bettahs location.

• Communicate effectively with your general manager and the team to guarantee timely preparation and delivery.

• Take the initiative to follow up with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintain a catering order log and monitor key performance indicators such as order volume, customer feedback, and repeat business.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership of each restaurant to enhance the catering process.

• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve both efficiency and the guest experience.

• Assist in addressing any issues related to catering orders, ensuring a favorable outcome for the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must possess authorization to work in the US.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite, email, and iPad.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
