Category Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, define, and execute the category strategy to enhance revenue growth, attract new customers, expand margins, and increase market share.

• Monitor, analyze, and comprehend key performance indicators for your product categories to discover levers and opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Develop a thorough understanding of both current and prospective customer needs, industry dynamics, business trends, and the competitive environment to shape product strategy and value proposition.

• Recognize trends in promotional products, custom apparel, and gifting to guide assortment decisions, while launching and curating a competitive and relevant range of customizable products.

• Establish and implement the product roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and oversee assortment management, which includes new product launches, cost optimizations, discontinuations, and enhancements in quality and service.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Pricing, UX, MX, and Marketing teams to create and deliver an exceptional experience and value proposition for our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Category or Product management.

• A proven history of managing product categories and achieving growth.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience utilizing data to inform decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with cross-functional collaboration capabilities, including the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.

• Preferred: Previous experience in the promotional products or apparel sectors.

• Experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
