• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic procurement within a category management framework, with a preference for degree holders (CIPS certification is advantageous).
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder tenders with a focus on commercial and quality assessment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence effectively within matrix organizations.
• A proactive, resilient, and improvement-oriented mindset with a strong desire to drive change.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, with experience in the waste industry being highly advantageous.
