This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Meet sales objectives for designated accounts or regions
• Market and sell Alcon products through diverse sales initiatives
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and high-usage clients
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects
• Implement a sales strategy and action plan
• Regularly visit clients and offer essential support
• Engage in and lead events and meetings to inform clients about products, services, and pricing
• Establish and update a customer database
• Perform competitive market analysis to safeguard Alcon's product market share and respond to competitors
• Submit timely reports and ensure precise documentation of sales efforts and customer engagements as per company requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Associate's +6 years; Master's)
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• 2 years of demonstrated experience
