Catalyst Pilot Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver effective, high-quality technical guidance and coaching for YouthBuild programs that are exploring career pathways in Energy Infrastructure and Manufacturing.

• Execute the YouthBuild Technical Assistance & Coaching framework.

• Maintain consistent communication with 20-25 YouthBuild programs to foster a supportive relationship.

• Perform virtual and on-site visits to evaluate and enhance program implementation.

• Ensure that programs within the portfolio maintain good standing with the affiliated Network.

• Partner with staff at YouthBuild affiliates to connect with national and local employer partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree or higher, along with a minimum of three years' experience in a YouthBuild program or a comparable education/workforce development training initiative with similar components. Experience as a program manager or director is preferred.

• Over three years of experience in managing complex projects and supervising program implementation.

• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and interpretation for program-level evaluation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and coaching abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse community.

• Strong writing, communication, and documentation skills.

• A commitment to cultural humility and comfort in working with a wide array of populations and individuals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good judgment, discretion, and an emphasis on confidentiality.
