Casual Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of children or families to and from family visits and appointments.

• Overseeing family visits to ensure a secure environment for all participants.

• Offering support to children in care as well as their families.

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school is required; a combination of education and relevant experience may also be accepted.

• Possession of a valid Class 5F Driver’s license.

• Access to a safe and insured vehicle, with a minimum liability coverage of $2,000,000.

• A satisfactory Criminal Record check, Child Abuse Registry clearance, and Drivers Abstract.

• An active cellular phone is essential.

• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Capability to write both brief and detailed contact notes.

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification is preferred.
