This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Administer medications in various settings including patient homes (home care), specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinics.
• Assess and monitor pre and post-injection/infusion treatments as per program protocols.
• Complete essential documentation in line with policies and procedures, as well as directives from the College of Nurses and Innomar's ISO accreditation standards of practice.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers based on product monographs and program protocols, either individually or in group settings.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and established policies and procedures.
• Ensure reliable availability in accordance with the employment agreement to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics Key Performance Indicators.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to meet set timelines.
• Participate regularly in web-based meetings and training sessions with the Business Area Manager, RNE, and Nurse Champion.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards as outlined by professional associations and Innomar.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing oversight and delegating applicable tasks to LPNs.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
• Master's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or a related field is required.
• A Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and maintain attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
