Casting Specialist – Content Moderation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate user-generated content and verification details to confirm the authenticity of both users and job listings.

• Request, gather, and analyze additional information or verification from job posters.

• Identify and remove scams, potentially harmful content, and inappropriate postings, escalating issues as needed.

• Assess user authenticity through background checks, IDs, independent research, investigations, and verification documents.

• Monitor system-generated alerts concerning client and job-poster activities and determine the appropriate course of action.

• Investigate reports of scams and inappropriate behaviors, including decisions regarding client removals.

• Copy-edit and refine job postings to align with business goals.

• Manage ticket-queue workflows, prioritizing incoming job posts based on significance and urgency.

• Source missing information and input job details from employers and third parties for publication.

• Educate and assist clients with job-posting and application management tools.

• Address customer service inquiries that require specialized casting knowledge.

• Guide and train clients on casting tools and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with customer service, account management, and business development teams.

• Support research projects and handle escalated customer service tickets.

• Review job database reports for jobs needing attention, recategorization, or early expiration.

• Assist team members with training, troubleshooting, and escalated cases.

• Perform other assigned duties and tasks.

• Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of working independently.

• Proven experience managing a high volume of specialized content and users.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

• Able to assess information and make independent decisions.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various personalities and levels of seniority.

• Strong copy-editing, fact-checking, proofreading, and research abilities.

• Proficient in data entry, account management, and client support.

• Technical proficiency with online casting and hiring technologies.

• Strong analytical skills for assembling and interpreting data to evaluate content validity.

• Eagerness to learn about film, TV, theater, commercial production, performing arts, marketing, and casting; knowledge in these areas is a plus.

• Availability to work a shifting schedule from 12AM to 9AM.
