Content Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute tasks associated with the creation and implementation of K–12 testing materials.

• Utilize process documentation for quality assurance activities.

• Familiarize yourself with CAI’s systems to effectively carry out tasks.

• Develop and perform quality checks on test forms and configuration files.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of testing materials.

• Supervise work completed by external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 0–2 years of experience in project management or operations management.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, are preferred.

• Possess analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to recognize issues and devise solutions.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

• Proven ability to collaborate and function effectively within a team.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% (approximately 3–4 times a year).

• Must reside and work within the USA.
