Casino Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Define the strategy and roadmap for a foundational platform that supports various products and international markets;

• Identify product opportunities proactively, transforming insights into significant initiatives before business demands arise;

• Lead product discovery through customer research, behavioral analysis, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making;

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from validating concepts and establishing requirements to successful implementation and ongoing optimization;

• Shape product direction by harmonizing customer needs, business goals, and technical viability;

• Work in tandem with HQ leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to provide scalable platform functionalities;

• Develop solutions that yield measurable enhancements in engagement, operational efficiency, and overall product performance;

• Foster a product-driven culture by promoting experimentation, innovation, and continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role, ideally within the iGaming sector.

• Demonstrated experience in developing digital products throughout the complete product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.

• Strong proficiency in product discovery, product strategy, and recognizing opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research.

• Practical experience working closely with engineering teams in software product development settings.

• A data-driven mindset in making product decisions, with a strong ability to interpret metrics and validate hypotheses.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and balancing various business and technical priorities.

• Familiarity with iGaming, platform products, multi-market solutions, or contemporary AI-driven product practices.
