This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for Midnite’s casino offerings throughout Canada, encompassing Ontario and upcoming regulated provinces.
• Oversee the daily commercial performance of the Canadian casino sector, focusing on revenue, retention, and player value.
• Tailor the casino experience by localizing game selection, promotions, user experience, and player journeys for the Canadian market.
• Track essential KPIs such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, and player lifetime value to inform data-driven decisions.
• Cultivate relationships with game providers, aggregation platforms, and external partners.
• Create and enhance promotional, loyalty, and bonusing strategies specifically designed for Canadian players.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian gaming regulations, including AGCO and iGaming Ontario standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, and Data teams to enrich player experiences and foster market expansion.
• Remain informed about competitor activities, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the Canadian iGaming landscape.
• Background in iGaming or online casino operations, preferably within regulated environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the Canadian gaming landscape, particularly focusing on Ontario and AGCO/iGO frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive casino growth through commercial strategies, promotions, and player engagement initiatives.
• Highly analytical with a track record of utilizing casino KPIs and player data for performance optimization.
• Strong comprehension of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing tools, and player lifecycle management.
• Capacity to balance strategic thought with hands-on operational ownership in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Enthusiasm for gaming, localization, and the creation of compelling player experiences in new markets.
