This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and oversee the casino game portfolio across various markets.
• Develop and implement the Game Release Roadmap.
• Conduct research on games, providers, and market trends to enhance the content strategy.
• Foster strong relationships with game providers and assess new opportunities.
• Organize and optimize casino lobbies, categories, and game placements.
• Track performance KPIs for games and lobbies and apply improvements as necessary.
• Ensure the content is aligned with player engagement objectives.
• Communicate roadmap priorities to internal teams, including CRM, Marketing, Product, and QA.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements for each jurisdiction.
• Assist with audits and respond to ad hoc information requests.
• Provide reporting on KPIs, delivery, and overall performance.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in an online casino Content, Games, or Casino position.
• Practical experience in managing casino lobbies and categorizing games.
• Strong grasp of game performance metrics and player behavior.
• Experience in working within regulated markets.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with game providers.
• Capable of navigating complex and constantly evolving environments.
• Independent and dependable self-starter.
• Preferred: Experience within the iGaming industry.
