Cash Operations / Treasury Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Daily allocation and posting of cash transactions, including wires, ACH, and lockbox receipts.

• Monitoring intercompany cash movements.

• Assist with shared line of credit and cash pooling operations (currently not integrated into ERP).

• Reporting and ensuring visibility of daily cash balances.

• Performing daily reconciliations across various accounts.

• Overseeing approximately 10 bank accounts (4 active + 2 Canadian accounts).

• Supporting TIS-related activities (within scope).

• Experience with ERP systems: Great Plains (preferred).

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
