Cash Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver cash and courier services to ATM and AirVac clients as needed.

• Execute courier tasks including cash replenishment, ATM and smart safe pulls, coin delivery, and deposits.

• Conduct basic First Line Maintenance tasks such as clearing jams, rebooting machines, replenishing receipt paper, running diagnostics, updating software, and escalating issues to tech support for further assistance.

• Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests as scheduled and required.

• Complete assignments given by supervisors or relevant Cash Depot staff members.

• Relay inventory and support requests to ensure accurate and timely completion of scheduled tasks.

• Handle administrative paperwork accurately and punctually.

• Uphold key departmental metric standards in efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other important metrics for Cash Depot and our clients.

• Support other technicians and assist in training or ride-along training as necessary.

• Adhere to all security protocols and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to be insured through the Company's risk insurer.

• Required to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification).

• Capable of driving a vehicle for over 50% of the shift.

• Must work safely while lifting and performing duties related to the position.

• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work.

• Ability to adhere to the standards outlined in the Field Service Handbook.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external contacts.

• Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough, and a problem solver.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the workplace or shifts in duties.
