Cash & Liquidity Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance IONITY’s Accounts Receivable governance framework.

• Oversee and guide DSO, overdue receivables, and the effectiveness of cash collection.

• Evaluate AR aging structures and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Establish escalation procedures and assist in monitoring credit exposure.

• Minimize revenue write-offs and enhance bad debt management strategies.

• Track trends in fraud, chargebacks, refunds, and payment leakages.

• Work closely with Treasury and Controlling to enhance cash inflow forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Payment Operations, Audit, or other related finance roles.

• In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.

• Expertise in cash collection and DSO management.

• Familiarity with payment flows and reconciliation processes.

• Understanding of financial controls and governance.

• Experience with ERP systems, with SAP 4/HANA Public cloud being a plus.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
