This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Conduct daily research on cash applications and support activities related to cash inflow management.

• Perform inquiries on payment requests from various departments, analyzing documentation and determining necessary follow-up actions.

• Examine aged and complex items on the unapplied cash dashboard, prioritizing older payments that need further investigation and resolution.

• Aid in resolving unapplied, misapplied, or unidentified payments using various internal systems and tools.

• Keep thorough documentation of findings, updates, and actions taken regarding payment inquiries.

• Handle and distribute email communications related to cash applications and payment investigations.

• Use a cash application dashboard on a daily basis to monitor, prioritize, and address outstanding items.

• Work closely with the Cash Application team to ensure inquiries are resolved accurately and promptly.

• Exhibit excellent time management, follow-up, and responsiveness to meet service-level expectations in a dynamic environment.

• Previous office or administrative experience in finance, accounting, or operations is preferred.

• Strong expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and multiple systems.

• Quick to learn with the capability to efficiently navigate new tools and processes.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.
