📋 Description

• Facilitate reimbursement processes to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent management of coverage-related inquiries within customer operations and patient support workflows.

• Organize benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-up actions, and communications regarding reimbursement support to enhance case advancement.

• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation deficiencies, and workflow anomalies to minimize delays and enhance access-related outcomes.

• Keep precise case records, reimbursement documentation, and system updates to ensure operational transparency, readiness for reporting, and control of workflows.

• Track reimbursement patterns, recurring challenges, and escalation signs to aid in proactive issue resolution and maintain service continuity.

• Collaborate with both internal and external parties to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement prerequisites, and facilitate case resolution.

• Participate in process enhancements, workflow revisions, and operational preparedness initiatives that bolster scalable and future-oriented reimbursement support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field is required.

• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
