This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Management of designated projects and/or cases.
• Compliance with the overall company procedures.
• Telephone support: Execution of call-center programs to provide patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations with telephone assistance.
• Administer and follow case-management protocols, which include clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance checks, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and coordination with primary healthcare providers.
• Implement market research initiatives related to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
• All patient programs utilize casework methods and involve a considerable number of outbound calls.
• Record each action in the program-specific database.
• Engage in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs as directed by the manager.
• Provide insights on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
• Maintain clear communication with the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues regarding case management during planned absences.
• Collaborate with managers in the training of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the relevant units/departments.
• The Caseworker will also undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
• Requires comprehensive training in areas such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or related fields typically acquired through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or an equivalent blend of experience and education.
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus (mandatory for certain roles).
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
• Strong business and financial insight.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
