Case Reviewer – Experienced

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of background investigations, ensuring that all reports are complete and comply with both customer and CACI standards.

• Offer guidance on investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers.

• Uphold quality and productivity that align with customer contract specifications and CACI performance criteria.

• Detect patterns in errors and relay these trends to Field Investigators, Record Searchers, and management.

• Collaborate closely with review team members, field investigators, and record searchers to create training and guidance aimed at enhancing background investigations.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in conducting or processing background investigations for the customer and must currently be engaged on the contract.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• U.S. Citizenship (required for federal security clearance).

• Capability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screening.

• Ability to acquire and maintain a favorable U.S. Government security clearance.

• Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on information analysis.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective interaction via telephone, email, and in-person.

• Strong skills in customer service and teamwork.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Skilled in utilizing the internet.
