Case Manager, RN – Licensed in All 50 States

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a personal caseload utilizing the case management approach

• Approve services

• Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity

• Maintain continuous communication with all healthcare team members

• Identify issues and establish goals and actions tailored to the patient’s needs

• Record details in case notes

• Liaise with the payer office

• Engage with medical care providers and equipment vendors

• Organize care arrangements to ensure quality patient care

• Work in tandem with the Case Management Assistant

• Keep the Case Management file up to date

• Generate timely reports for the payer

⛳️ Requirements

• Current active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and residence within the United States or its territories.

• Must hold licensure in all 50 states (including non-compact states)

• R.N. with a bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred

• Preferred 7 years of diverse clinical experience

• Obtain a URAC-recognized certification in Case Management within 3 years of hire
