This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients following engagement.
• Provide consistent updates concerning treatment and case developments.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Aid in resolving client issues while fostering strong relationships.
• Monitor the progress of treatment and medical care plans.
• Keep track of appointments and follow-up care.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to gather updates as necessary.
• Gather pertinent information from clients and providers.
• Identify critical case details that could influence case value.
• Relay updates to pre-litigation attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain precise and organized case files within the firm’s case management system.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
• Facilitate communication among clients, medical providers, and the legal team.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
• At least two years of experience in personal injury law or medical case coordination.
• Proven experience in managing a substantial volume of client files.
• Proficient in documentation and case management software.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to remain organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Must reside in the United States.
