Case Manager – Client Success Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture positive relationships with clients and their families.

• Address and resolve client issues, escalations, and service-related challenges.

• Perform root-cause analysis on client attrition and service difficulties.

• Facilitate communication among families, therapists, and internal teams.

• Assist in client retention efforts and engagement strategies.

• Monitor client satisfaction levels and pinpoint opportunities for service enhancement.

• Keep precise records and documentation of client interactions.

• Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

• At least 2 years of experience in case management, client success, or similar healthcare coordination roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and internal teams.

• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases concurrently.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Problem-solving approach and the capacity to navigate challenging situations with empathy.

• Experience in remote work and independently managing tasks.

• Familiarity with CRM and case management software is preferred.
