This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Oversee and nurture positive relationships with clients and their families.
β’ Address and resolve client issues, escalations, and service-related challenges.
β’ Perform root-cause analysis on client attrition and service difficulties.
β’ Facilitate communication among families, therapists, and internal teams.
β’ Assist in client retention efforts and engagement strategies.
β’ Monitor client satisfaction levels and pinpoint opportunities for service enhancement.
β’ Keep precise records and documentation of client interactions.
β’ Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in case management, client success, or similar healthcare coordination roles.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and internal teams.
β’ Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases concurrently.
β’ Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
β’ Problem-solving approach and the capacity to navigate challenging situations with empathy.
β’ Experience in remote work and independently managing tasks.
β’ Familiarity with CRM and case management software is preferred.
β’ Comfortable working U.S. hours
