Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Client Onboarding & Communication: Facilitate case management introductions, ensure clients receive appropriate medical treatment or meet other requirements, and conduct regular check-ins to provide updates and collect information.📝📞

• Case Management: Effectively oversee case progress, guaranteeing that all client interactions are accurately recorded and that all files and reports are properly organized. 📂✔️

• Calendar Management: Monitor essential deadlines and follow-ups, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and updated. 📅✅

• Third-Party Coordination: Supply and gather necessary information from medical providers, follow up on liability matters and policy limits, and manage communication with insurance companies, Government Agencies, and the USCIS. Prepare and dispatch MedPay demands as required. 🏥📞

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm, specifically focused on Personal Injury (PI) and Immigration cases. 💼

• A solid understanding of U.S. Personal Injury and Immigration legal procedures and case management practices. ⚖️

• A background in customer service and sales is highly desirable. 💬

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level or higher). 🗣️

• Excellent prioritization and time-management abilities. ⏰

• Capable of working independently and managing confidential information with care. 🔒

• A Bachelor's degree in law is preferred. 🎓

• Must be a permanent resident of Latin America. 🌍

• Must possess a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
