Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the injured worker, employer, and medical providers to develop a case management strategy that supports medical recovery and a successful return to work.

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments through telephone calls to assess the injured worker's injury, medical treatment, psychosocial needs, cultural factors, and support systems.

• Communicate effectively and cultivate relationships with the claims examiner, client, injured worker, attorney, and supervisor.

• Identify challenges related to delayed recovery and/or return to work, employing a creative problem-solving approach.

• Uphold client privacy and confidentiality, promote client safety and advocacy, and comply with ethical, legal, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A current unrestricted RN license(s) in a state or territory of the United States is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred.
