This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the injured worker, employer, and medical providers to develop a case management strategy that supports medical recovery and a successful return to work.
β’ Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments through telephone calls to assess the injured worker's injury, medical treatment, psychosocial needs, cultural factors, and support systems.
β’ Communicate effectively and cultivate relationships with the claims examiner, client, injured worker, attorney, and supervisor.
β’ Identify challenges related to delayed recovery and/or return to work, employing a creative problem-solving approach.
β’ Uphold client privacy and confidentiality, promote client safety and advocacy, and comply with ethical, legal, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
β’ A current unrestricted RN license(s) in a state or territory of the United States is required.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is preferred.
β’ Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred.
β’ Three medical and two dental & vision plans to select from.
