Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of the core principles of Filevine.

• Gain an understanding of Personal Injury Law and its terminology.

• Reach out to medical providers to confirm and gather information on outstanding balances.

• Keep accurate records of communications with providers and the status of payments.

• Provide auto and health insurance details if there are outstanding medical balances.

• Send a written follow-up letter for our records.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.

• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Outlook, is required.

• Prior experience in a legal or medical office setting is highly desirable.

• Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
