This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold records within the firm's case management system.
• Input client information from original documents.
• Assemble filing packages and manage physical mailings.
• Aid in producing draft forms utilizing the firm's form-generation tool.
• Gather supporting documents for filing packages under the guidance of SCM.
• Keep attorney records current in EPICENTER.
• Generate FedEx shipping labels for outgoing USCIS submissions.
• Examine incoming government notices.
• Prepare cases for ePackage submission.
• Refresh case workflows and task statuses in the case management platform.
• Offer general administrative support to SCMs, which includes scheduling and document management.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in data entry and document management being essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Capability to handle multiple tasks at once and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to follow established processes and checklists.
• Professional skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Comfort in working with databases and adapting to new software systems.
• Previous experience in a law firm, immigration services, or legal operations setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with USCIS forms (I-129, I-539, G-28, I-907) and immigration case workflows is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms or legal case management systems (e.g., EPICENTER, Litify) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in document assembly or form-generation tools.
• Bilingual skills are an advantage.
