This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver expert and professional solutions to all customers, ensuring their business remains profitable while their clients receive a clean, shiny, and dry vehicle every time they utilize our products.
• Conduct preventative care and troubleshooting, including the titration of products as required.
• Perform volumetrics for products as necessary.
• Execute minor repairs on chemical equipment and applications.
• Oversee site chemical conversions and installations, keeping customers informed about progress.
• Monitor customer levels and manage Chemical Inventory, placing replenishment orders for sites under your responsibility.
• Maintain Wash Key Reporting and Service Reports.
• Conduct NCS Site Surveys using the provided template.
• Support and implement initiatives for corporate accounts (CTC) following established protocols.
• Provide on-site training for revenue programs.
• Conduct basic technical and chemistry training with relevant personnel at the location.
• Keep accurate and current computer files (SF, Portal, Google & CTM) regarding customers and their concerns.
• Analyze customer outputs and recommend technical updates or strategies to enhance efficiency and wash counts for the assigned site.
• Identify opportunities for our accounts, initiate discussions, and communicate findings to sales management.
• An Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the car wash industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Capability to operate with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team environment.
• Must be a proactive self-starter with strong motivation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Willingness to support overnight travel up to 40% based on territory and customer requirements.
