Caregiver, HHA, CNA, STNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services such as companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer caring and reliable companionship to clients.

• Execute light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, including dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments and activities.

• Implement a Care Plan and fulfill client-specific responsibilities.

• Develop compassionate and supportive solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs by working closely with the Home Helpers team and families of clients.

• Offer attendant care services that involve direct, hands-on support for essential daily living activities.

• Supply home and community assistance for instrumental activities of daily living.

• Facilitate non-medical transportation in accordance with the service plan and the needs of the participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess compassion for clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within designated timeframes is required.

• Punctuality and reliability are a must.

• Should be self-motivated and maintain a professional, friendly, positive, and helpful demeanor.

• Professional appearance and conduct must be upheld.

• Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Ownership of a smartphone and an email account is necessary.

• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check is essential.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test is required.
