Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services, encompassing companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer compassionate and reliable companionship.

• Execute light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, including dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Transport clients to appointments and activities.

• Implement a Care Plan and fulfill client-specific responsibilities.

• Develop empathetic and supportive solutions for clients’ individual needs by working collaboratively with the Home Helpers team and clients’ families.

• Provide attendant care services involving direct, hands-on assistance for daily living activities.

• Offer home and community support for instrumental daily living activities.

• Supply non-medical transportation as outlined in the service plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for caring for individuals in need is essential.

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Exhibit compassion for clients, including seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.

• Effective communication skills are required.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within a specified timeframe is necessary.

• Dependability and punctuality are crucial.

• Must be self-motivated and maintain a professional, pleasant, positive, and helpful attitude.

• Uphold a professional appearance and conduct.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Must have a smartphone and an email account.

• Successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test is required.
