Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services, which encompass companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer compassionate and reliable companionship.

• Execute light housekeeping and laundry duties.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, including dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Transport clients to appointments and activities.

• Implement a Care Plan and perform client-specific tasks.

• Develop compassionate and supportive solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs in collaboration with the Home Helpers team and clients’ families.

• Provide attendant care services that involve direct, hands-on support for functional daily living activities.

• Offer home and community assistance for instrumental activities of daily living.

• Facilitate non-medical transportation in accordance with the service plan and participants’ needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a genuine passion for caring for individuals in need.

• Caregiving experience is desirable but not mandatory.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Demonstrate compassion for clients, particularly seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within a specified timeframe is required.

• Must be punctual and reliable.

• Should be self-motivated and maintain a professional, pleasant, positive, and helpful attitude.

• Professional appearance and demeanor must be upheld.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and maintain a clean driving record.

• A smartphone and email account are required.

• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check is necessary.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test is expected.
