Caregiver, HHA, CNA, DSP, STNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services, encompassing companionship, homemaking, and personal assistance.

• Offer attentive and reliable companionship.

• Conduct light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, which includes dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Transport clients to and from their appointments and activities.

• Implement a Care Plan and perform tasks tailored to each individual client.

• Develop compassionate and supportive solutions to meet clients’ unique needs by working collaboratively with the Home Helpers team and clients’ families.

• Provide attendant care services for individuals requiring nursing facility level-of-care assistance.

• Offer home and community support services for instrumental activities of daily living.

• Facilitate non-medical transportation in accordance with the service plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A genuine passion for caring for those in need is essential.

• Exhibit compassion for our clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of assigned tasks within a specified timeframe is necessary.

• Punctuality and reliability are musts.

• Self-motivated individuals with a professional, pleasant, positive, and helpful attitude are encouraged to apply.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Must have a smartphone and an email account.

• Successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test is required.
