Caregiver, HHA, CNA, DSP, STNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services that encompass companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer caring and reliable companionship to clients.

• Execute light housekeeping duties and laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, which includes dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Transport clients to appointments and various activities.

• Implement a Care Plan along with client-specific responsibilities.

• Develop compassionate and supportive solutions tailored to clients’ individual needs.

• Collaborate with the Home Helpers team and the families of clients.

• Provide attendant care for participants requiring nursing facility level-of-care services.

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living in both home and community settings.

• Facilitate non-medical transportation in accordance with the service plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Exhibit compassion towards our clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.

• Effective communication skills are essential.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within a specified timeframe is required.

• Punctuality and reliability are mandatory traits.

• Self-motivation combined with a professional, friendly, positive, and helpful attitude is necessary.

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

• Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Must have a smartphone and an active email account.

• Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test is required.
