Caregiver, HHA, CNA, DSP, STNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services, which encompass companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer reliable and compassionate companionship.

• Conduct light housekeeping duties and manage laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene, including dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Transport clients to appointments and various activities.

• Implement a Care Plan and execute tasks tailored to each client's needs.

• Develop empathetic and supportive solutions to meet clients’ unique requirements by collaborating with the Home Helpers team and clients’ families.

• Provide attendant care services for individuals requiring nursing facility level-of-care.

• Offer home and community assistance for instrumental activities of daily living.

• Supply non-medical transportation that aligns with the service plan and addresses participants’ specific needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a genuine passion for caring for those in need.

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Show compassion for clients, including seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.

• Exhibit strong communication skills.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within designated timeframes.

• Be punctual and reliable.

• Self-motivated with a professional, pleasant, positive, and helpful attitude.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Must have access to a smartphone and an email account.

• Successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test.
