Caregiver, HHA, CNA, DSP, STNA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services, which include companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer compassionate and reliable companionship.

• Execute light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, such as dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Transport clients to appointments and activities.

• Implement a Care Plan along with client-specific tasks.

• Develop compassionate and supportive solutions by working closely with the Home Helpers team and the client's family.

• Provide attendant care for participants who require nursing facility level-of-care support.

• Offer home and community assistance for instrumental activities of daily living.

• Supply non-medical transportation in accordance with the service plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred, although not mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Demonstrate compassion for clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.

• Effective communication skills are essential.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within a specified time frame is required.

• Punctuality and reliability are a must.

• Self-motivation and a professional, friendly, positive, and helpful attitude are necessary.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• A smartphone and an email account are required.

• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

• Willingness to undergo a TB test is required.
