This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver non-medical, in-home care services that encompass companionship, homemaking, and personal care.

• Offer compassionate and reliable companionship to clients.

• Conduct light housekeeping duties and manage laundry tasks.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene tasks, which include dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting.

• Provide transportation for clients to and from their appointments and activities.

• Implement a Care Plan along with client-specific responsibilities.

• Develop compassionate and supportive solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs in partnership with the Home Helpers team and clients’ families.

• Deliver attendant care services that involve direct, hands-on support for essential daily living activities.

• Offer home and community assistance for instrumental activities of daily living.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine passion for caring for individuals in need is essential.

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Demonstrate compassion for clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Ability to follow and complete a list of tasks within designated timeframes is necessary.

• Must exhibit punctuality and reliability.

• Self-motivation and a professional, pleasant, positive, and helpful attitude are crucial.

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

• A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.

• Must possess a smartphone and an active email account.

• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check is mandatory.
